CUSTOMS DUTY AND SALES TAXES
Any Customs charges or sales taxes upon entry to you country are excluded from our prices. Should you be charged customs/sales tax, please let us know so that we can learn and be better prepared.
POSTAGE OPTIONS
We offer various shipping options, depending where you live.
EXPRESS COURIER INTERNATIONAL: Courier delivery offering full tracking and signature on delivery - please allow 5 working days. Deliveries are made to the address given. If you are unable to accept delivery from this address, then a card will be left in your letterbox. Please respond immediately to this card. We are not responsible for any unclaimed items.
EXPRESS POST INTERNATIONAL: Postal Service offering priority handling, basic tracking and signature on delivery (subject to designated countries). Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
AIRMAIL DELIVERY: Basic Air Postal Service. Parcels are delivered by your local Postal Service. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. Insurance ensures any lost articles can be claimed, however there is often a delay in processing Lost Claims of up to 3 months.
RETURNED ITEMS
We accept returns providing you contact us within 7 days of recieving the goods. Returned items are to be sent to: Mosquitonets.com, 3933 Kyogle Road, Lillian Rock NSW 2480 Australia. We will at our discretion replace faulty product with new product or if requested refund the purchase price only of your goods. We do not refund postage. Upon receipt of returned item, we will issue a refund. Unclaimed Parcels. We refund your money on unclaimed parcels less any costs incurred by us.
