Mosquitonets.com sells Internationally using secure payment facilities. Your Credit Card Company or Paypal account will charge you in US dollars.
Our Head Office is located in Australia. Some banks may charge a small fee for an International transaction. To avoid an international transaction fee it is advised to use the Paypal payment method.

We send your order as quickly and cost effectively as possible. International customers will recieve orders from the nearest warehouse, dependant upon item availability. We select the most cost effective and guaranteed service and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of receiving orders. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. To calculate shipping costs: add product to cart and then click on "Calcate Shipping" and follow prompts.
Please note that there are restrictions on some International destinations where guaranteed delivery cannot be accessed. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Any time frames stated on the web site for delivery of any goods, services or information are estimates only and we do not guarantee or promise delivery within the stated time frames.
We try our best to get all products to you as fast as possible and use third party shippers for delivery.
Many postal/delivery services hold uncollected items for approximately 7 days before returning to sender. We are not responsible for unclaimed items. We are not liable for return postage costs of unclaimed items. Return costs are at the buyers expense.
Customs Duty and Sales Tax
Any Customs charges or sales taxes upon entry to you country are excluded from our prices. Should you be charged customs/sales tax they are at your expense.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be. Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
Various websites have been set up to assist with calculating import duties and local taxes, such as www.dutycalculator.com. Please note that these are Third Party Websites and we cannot make any guarantees about the accuracy of the calculators on those websites.

Returns must be authorised with our office before sending to the warehouse. Contact us by email or telephone and lodge your intention to return and we will send you a return address label.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We are unable to refund used or damaged items, items that have been removed from their original packaging and are simply the wrong size, wrong colour or items not returned in their original packaging in a manner suitable for resale. If the item is returned in a damaged or unsuitable for resale manner we will charge a restocking fee of 50% of the items cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).
If you need to return an item contact us by email or telephone. Let us know when the item is dispatched and we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We refund your money on returned unclaimed parcels less costs incurred by us.
