What payment methods does MosquitoNets.com accept?

MosquitoNets.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal, all processed through secure payment facilities.

My payment was declined — what should I do?

Some banks block or flag international transactions, which can cause a payment to fail. If your card is declined, contact your bank to approve the transaction and try again, or use PayPal as an alternative.

Will I be charged a foreign transaction fee?

Your order is charged in US dollars, and in almost all cases no extra fee applies. Very occasionally a bank may add its own international transaction fee on their side; if you'd prefer to rule that out entirely, PayPal is a reliable alternative.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does MosquitoNets.com ship from, and where do you deliver?

MosquitoNets.com ships worldwide from two warehouses — North Carolina in the USA and Sydney, Australia. Your order is sent from the nearest warehouse that has your item in stock.

How quickly is my order dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, subject to availability. MosquitoNets.com selects the most cost-effective guaranteed service for your destination.

How do I calculate the shipping cost for my order?

Add the product to your cart, click “Calculate Shipping,” and follow the prompts to see the cost to your address before you check out.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. MosquitoNets.com dispatches promptly and uses trusted third-party carriers, but delivery times can’t be guaranteed, and some international destinations don’t have a guaranteed-delivery service available.

What happens if my delivery address is wrong or the parcel can’t be delivered?

Please double-check your delivery and email details at checkout. If an address is incorrect, a delivery notification is blocked by a spam filter, or details are changed after the order is already with the carrier, MosquitoNets.com can’t be held responsible for non-delivery, and any return-delivery charges are deducted from a refund. Where you have authorized “Permission to Leave,” delivery is at your own risk.

What if I don’t collect my parcel?

Many carriers hold uncollected items for around 7 days before returning them to sender. MosquitoNets.com isn’t responsible for unclaimed items, and return postage is at the buyer’s expense. If an unclaimed parcel is returned to us, your payment is refunded less the costs we incur.

Customs, Duty & Tax

Will I have to pay customs, duty, or sales tax on an international order?

For international orders, any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes applied when your order enters your country are your responsibility and aren’t included in our prices. Customs policies vary widely by country, so check with your local customs office. MosquitoNets.com has no control over these charges, can’t reimburse them, and isn’t responsible for any delays they cause.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You can return most unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Contact MosquitoNets.com first so we can authorize the return — see “How do I start a return?” below.

What if my item is faulty, damaged, or not what I ordered?

If your order arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn’t what you ordered, MosquitoNets.com will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Faulty and damaged items are never subject to restocking fees or hygiene conditions — just contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Can I return an item if I’ve simply changed my mind?

Yes, within 30 days, as long as the item is unused. Because mosquito nets and bed canopies are bedding accessories, for health and hygiene reasons they must come back unused, clean, folded, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use — loose hairs, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or stains — can’t be accepted for a refund.

How do I start a return?

Contact MosquitoNets.com before sending anything back, as returns must be authorized by our office first. Email us or use our 'contact us' page with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send you the return details and address.

Are there any return fees, and how much will I be refunded?

For change-of-mind returns, MosquitoNets.com refunds the product price minus a flat $5.00 restocking fee. Original and return shipping costs aren’t refundable on change-of-mind returns; if your order shipped free, the original shipping cost is deducted from your refund. Faulty or damaged items are refunded in full, with no fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return reaches our warehouse and its condition is checked, MosquitoNets.com refunds your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your payment provider will email you once the refund has been issued.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of our website and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our website shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the products purchased through our website. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products purchased by you.
