Are your mosquito nets machine washable?

Yes — every mosquito net we sell is machine washable, including our cotton nets. Wash on a gentle cold cycle and dry in shade. This is something many competitors cannot offer, particularly with natural fabric nets.

Do you ship within the USA?

Yes — we ship free throughout mainland USA from our warehouse in North Carolina. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Our polyester and cotton nets ship from North Carolina. Our silk canopies ship from Australia via Express Courier International.

What is the difference between a box and round mosquito net?

A box mosquito net has a structured rectangular shape that creates a four poster bed canopy effect. It hangs from four or six ceiling points and has four openings. A round mosquito net hangs from a single ceiling point and creates a romantic princess canopy effect.

What size mosquito net do I need?

Choose the net size that matches your mattress size — Queen, King, California King, Double/Full, Twin/Single or Super King. When in doubt, size up — a generously sized net always looks and performs better than one that is too small. Contact us if you are unsure and we will help you choose.

Do your mosquito nets protect against all insects?

Yes — our nets protect against mosquitoes, midges, sandflies and all other biting insects. Our polyester nets have 360 holes per square inch which will stop all mosquitoes and spiders, and our cotton nets have 256 holes per square inch — both fine enough to exclude all common biting insects while maintaining good airflow.

Whether you’re staying at home or traveling abroad, preventing mosquito bites is the best way to reduce the risk of mosquito-borne disease. Mosquitoes can be found in many different environments and you may not always notice when you have been bitten. Mosquito activity in Florida can be year round. The following are some steps that can be taken to help prevent mosquito bites.

DRAIN: water from garbage cans, house. Drain standing water from birdbaths, garbage cans, and other containers that can collect water.gutters, pool covers, coolers, toys, flower pots or any other containers where sprinkler or rain water has collected.

DISCARD: Old tires, drums, bottles, cans, pots and pans, broken appliances and other items that aren't being used.

EMPTY and CLEAN: Birdbaths and pet's water bowls at least once or twice a week.

PROTECT: Boats and vehicles from rain with tarps that don't accumulate water.

MAINTAIN:Screened entry way's prevent mosquitoes!The water balance (poolchemistry) of swimming pools.Empty plastic swimming pools when not in use. Repair broken screens on windows, doors, porches, and patios.

CLOTHING: If you must be outside when mosquitoes are active, cover up. Wear shoes, socks, long pants, and long sleeves.

Use insect repellant and use netting to protect children younger than 2 months.
